Set Up / Clean Up
As a brand new church plant, we are using facilities that we don't get to "live" in throughout the week. This involves a fair amount of time prepping the building for church on Sunday!
We currently have two teams that help make this happen. A Saturday Prep Crew and a Sunday Set Up / Clean Up Crew.
Work on either of these crews is dependent on your personal schedule, where you are scheduled every 2-3 weeks, and the crews are never made up of the same people on the same week!
Clean Up Crew:
The Clean Up Crew works Saturday evening, following events that are held in the building over weekend. Usually this crew meets up around 8 pm and the work takes about one hour.
Set Up / Clean Up Crew:
The Set Up Crew works early Sunday, before services, to get all things Redeemer Church put in place for our gathering. This crew meets up at 8 AM, and their work is complete around 9 AM... in time to run home to grab the family for church together!
The Clean Up Crew stays after service to help ensure that the facilities are returned to their pre-church state. Work begins at the service ends and this crew is usually finished by 1pm.
This crew is especially important on weeks where we share a meal after church together.
